Что говорить в сервисном центре, а что не надо

Пару дней назад прочитали обсуждение какого-то автосервиса, один из клиентов которого посетовал: «обратился с ремонтом, сказал что мой финансовый потолок 200 тысяч (речь про калькуляцию ремонта), и мне выставили счет ровно на эту сумму». Возможно, это сервис пошел навстречу и сделал скидку до комфортной суммы, а может наоборот поднял стоимость ремонта до нее, потому что клиент морально созрел. Правду никто не скажет, поэтому давайте сегодня поговорим про то, что можно говорить в сервисе, а о чем лучше промолчать. 

Нечасто, но иногда инженеры разных сервисов оставляют друг другу разные послания внутри техники клиента. Или же самим себе: эдакая капсула времени.

Не стоит самому озвучивать бюджет ремонта

С финансов и начнем. При сдаче устройства не стоит говорить приемщику сумму, которую вы готовы потратить на ремонт. Потому что это громадный соблазн для сервисного центра дотянуть его до этой суммы — даже если работ в два раза меньше. Подождите результатов диагностики, оцените масштаб бедствия. Если сумма лежит в пределах ваших ожиданий, замечательно. Если же она выше, так и скажите: это больше, чем ожидали, можно сделать скидку? Или на чем-то можно сэкономить? Уверены, 9 из 10 сервисов найдут такие возможности.

Не шутка, но вполне реальное наблюдение: самостоятельный ремонт клиентом впоследствии сильно повышает стоимость ремонта.

Не стоит самому ставить диагнозы

Знали бы вы, как часто к нам приходят люди с требованием поменять слуховой динамик на айфоне потому что звук при телефонном разговоре плохо слышно. А иногда просят поменять дисплей, хотя там только защитное стекло разбито. Много разного. Для сервиса это еще один соблазн сделать ровно то, что хочет клиент. Или сделать вид, что делают это, а на практике просто почистят динамик и всё. При сдаче устройства максимально полно опишите то, что вас беспокоит, и подождите результатов диагностики. 

На самом деле, просто дань «ДМБ».

Не стоит говорить, что вам не к спеху

Сервисные центры очень любят «несрочные ремонты». Потому что устройство можно взять, положить на полку и… забыть о нем. У нас тоже рыльце в пушку: уж сколько раз бывало так, что приносит администратор айфон в ремзону и говорит: «Парни, тут замена аккумулятора несрочная, до завтрашнего дня». Инженеры кивают головой и продолжают текущие дела. Потом случится еще несколько форс-мажоров, потом еще что-то и — бац! — наступило завтра, приходит клиент, а устройство еще не готово. Возможно, мы копаем себе яму, но не стоит ставить сроки: опишите задачу, и пусть администратор оценит время на ее исполнение. Если сроки для вас слишком большие, спросите, можно ли сократить. Тут важно помнить, что подобное сокращение сроков может привести к снижению качества ремонта (например, не отловили полностью проблему), но это, скорее, исключение.

Не пускайте на самотёк

При сдаче устройства уточните сроки на диагностику, и, если по их истечению вам не позвонили и ничего не сказали, — не стесняйтесь связаться самостоятельно и уточнить как там дела. Такой звонок — говорим по себе — прекрасно тонизирует в первую очередь администраторов, а затем и инженеров.  Мы не призываем звонить каждый день по несколько раз, однако уточнить сроки не будет лишним. 

Не просите не смотреть фотографии

В целом, это очень смешной кейс, когда клиент приносит устройство в ремонт и почти игриво говорит: вы там только фотографии не смотрите, а то там такооооое. Потому что это снова соблазн только уже не для сервиса, а отдельно взятого администратора и инженера. Как показывает практика, со временем и чередой рабочих дел получаешь иммунитет и от таких подарков судьбы, но лучше не проверять. А так у сотрудников сервиса и без того слишком мало свободного времени, чтобы тратить его на клиентские данные. Серьезно.

Жестокая правда жизни. И как с этим быть – непонятно.

Не скрывайте предысторию поломки

Посещение любого сервисного центра — это стресс для человека. Туда идут не от хорошей жизни (ну кроме нас, к нам иногда просто идут кофе попить, или бокал-другой вина пропустить), а потому что есть какая-то поломка. И эта поломка рождает внутри человека беспокойство: сколько будет стоить починить? Мы уже предупреждали о том, что диагнозы самостоятельно ставить не стоит, но есть и другая крайность — некоторые люди вообще молчат. Сломался и все. Что-то было? Нет, просто утром включаю, а не включается. А вода почему внутри? Потом оказывается, что человек не говорил про контакт с жидкостью, потому что боялся, что его «разведут на ненужный ремонт». Так вот, если захотят развести, разведут. Но процедуру диагностики и ремонта это временами усложняет очень сильно. Так что подробно описали, что было, — и дальше ждем результатов диагностики.

Регулярно бывает так: спустя год после, например, замены батарейки приходит человек и грустно жалуется, что устройство выключается само на 40 процентах и случилось сразу после замены. Налицо гарантийный случай, но сроки уже все вышли. И почему раньше не пришел? Ну было как-то не до того…

Наконец, не держите в себе

Иногда после ремонта устройство все равно до конца ведет себя не так, как надо или как вы привыкли. Поэтому мы всегда просим не держать в себе это, а позвонить (прийти) и рассказать. Зачастую такое не совсем нормальное поведение означает, что в установленной детали есть брак — или мы не до конца починили. Это нормально, так бывает, и это исправляется, но для начала сервис об этом должен узнать. Так что не надо терпеть, лучше все вопросы закрыть в период гарантии.
