Каждый день нам приходится разбираться с самыми разнообразными задачами. Это может быть Мак, который не загружается. Или айфон, который перегружается. Или часы, на которых горит восклицательный знак. Как понять, что со всеми этими устройствами происходит? В первую очередь нам помогает… наш опыт. Серьезно, когда вы уже вполне большой сервис, через вас проходит много устройств и это дает самый разнообразный и полезный опыт. А во-вторых, нам помогает разный софт, ибо зачастую именно он является нашими руками и глазами. И вот что мы используем в своей работе из приложений, доступных для всех желающих.
TechTool Pro
Многие годы едва ли не основной набор тестовых приложений для оценки состояния накопителей, батареек, памяти, да и в целом компьютеров. Дает возможность сделать загрузочный диск и проверить машину даже если она не может подгрузить систему.
Не надо переоценивать приложение — оно даст вам понимание состояния системы, но интерпретировать его вам надо будет уже самостоятельно исходя из симптомов неисправности.
DiskWarrior
Когда-то это приложение спасло сотни компьютеров от дорогостоящих ремонтов, перестраивая файловую систему MacOS Extended. Сейчас с выпуском Apple File System (APFS) актуальность сильно снизилась. но все равно нет-нет, да и решит задачу. Сто баксов, за которые до сих пор не жалко.
Disk Drill
Пару-тройку лет мы относились к этому приложению восстановления данных скептически, однако они крайне быстро реализовали поддержку APFS (см. выше) и сейчас это спасает тучу данных пользователей. И кстати, не только с APFS. Фактически, Disk Drill вытеснил из оборота утилиту Data Rescue, которую использовали до этого.
iMazing
Сами разработчики позиционируют iMazing как альтернативу iTunes в части управления iOS-устройствами. Мы его используем тогда, когда надо на внешний накопитель сделать бэкап, выборочно достать файлики или когда в очередной раз лажает iTunes.
coconutBattery
Всемирно известное приложение для быстрой оценки состояния аккумулятора ноутбука или iOS-устройства. Незаменимо в случае с айпадами, которые сами не показывают износ батарейки.
MacTracker
Фактически, база данных устройств, которые когда либо выпускала Apple. Мы используем для быстрой сверки, например, спецификации оперативной памяти для апгрейда. Или когда надо по коду EMC узнать точную модель устройства.
Carbon Copy Cloner
Приложение для клонирование логических разделов, которое переживает настоящий ренессанс после того, как Apple снова и снова косячит с обновлениями для Big Sur. С его помощью делаем клоны дисков, обнуляем исходники и затем восстанавливаем оригинальные данные.
Install Disk Creator
С помощью этой утилиты быстро создаем установочные диски для разных систем, создавая мульти-загрузочники в лучших традициях ZverDVD (только легальные).
FreeFileSync
Очень часто бывает так, что надо с умирающего диска вытащить информацию, но обычное копирование не удается — вываливается ошибка чтения/записи файла и начинай все с начала. И вот тут на помощь приходит FreeFileSync. Приложение умеет копировать файлы с функцией игнорирования ошибок, выдавая по окончании отчет по ним. Это позволяет такое «проблемное» копирование оставлять на ночь и утром смотреть результаты. Рекорд — копирование файлов однажды шло порядка 3 недель (жесткий диск мало того, что зашифрован, так еще и в формате APF).
TeamViewer / AnyDesk
Наконец, для дистанционной помощи используем связку TeamViewer и AnyDesk. Умеют, в принципе, одно и то же, однако второй сильно дешевле в части лицензии. Чаще всего с их помощью такие проблемы, как «помогите, после обновления на «Каталину» у меня документы Excel вверх ногами» (так бывает). Всем экономит время.
А вот что мы не используем в своей работе…
— MacKeeper — ибо это софтверное зло в самом натуральном виде;
— CleanMyMac — потому что они зла не хотят, но регулярно что-то клиенты чистят, а нам потом восстанавливать систему;
— всякие «оптимайзеры» — ибо слишком прямолинейны, а все не так однозначно;— антивирусы — ибо фактически угрозы идут через социальную инженерию, от чего антивирусы бесполезны.
