Воруют ли детали в сервисных центрах? Исследование Fixed.one

Существует достаточно распространенное мнение, что один из способов заработка сервисных центров — это подмена рабочих деталей устройства пользователей нерабочими в целях последующей перепродажи. Не скроем, машины после таких горе-сервисов нам попадались, однако насколько масштабна проблема? А может быть это и вовсе миф, а нечистые на руку сервисные центры — большое исключение? Это мы и решили проверить.

Для этого нами в Fixed.one был собран 13-дюймовый компьютер MacBook Air образца 2012 года. Мы тщательно его протестировали, убедились в хорошем состоянии, отфотографировали все внутренности. Оставили пару «косяков» для проверки наблюдательности сервиса и дальше начали отправлять его в разные конторы с диагнозом «пролил чай на клавиатуру, не включал, хочу проверить».  Про «косяки» — у машины износ батареи более 30 процентов и в системе висит рекомендация к замене; также начал перетираться один из шлейфов матрицы — в некоторых положениях она полосила. Мы лечим бесплатно это вкладкой, было интересно заметят ли.

Почему выбрали именно диагноз про залитие. Потому что он подразумевает полную проверку устройства без каких-либо очевидных рекомендаций. Проверяющая сторона имеет карт-бланш на все проверки и возможные работы. Собственно, им и надо все проверить и сказать что нашли.

В каждом из случаев мы также при первом обращении в сервис говорили, что денег у нас не очень много, поэтому уточняли про стоимость диагностики в случае ремонта или отказа от него. И вот что получилось.

Важное замечание. Свое исследование мы начали летом и планировали машину пропустить не менее, чем через 10 сервисов. Однако потом наступил сентябрь и известные события, стало как-то не до него. Поэтому публикуем как неоконченную работу и может быть когда-то вернемся к этому вопросу.

Сервис номер 1

Первый сервис мы нашли весьма прямолинейно: забили в Яндексе «ремонт Macbook Air после залития» и перешли по первой рекламной ссылке. По телефону нам сразу сказали, что независимо от того, как мы его залили, они сделают чистку платы в ультразвуковой ванне за 1500 рублей, а дальше уже смотреть по обстоятельствам. Согласились.

Весьма быстро приехал курьер, забрал ноутбук и выдал бумажку, в которой была прописана… платная диагностика, причем 490 рублей за каждый узел. В нашем Аире таких узлов можно было насчитать с десяток и тут мы приуныли. Когда решили снова уточнить этот момент в сервисе, там сперва удивились «ну как же бесплатно, мастер же будет время свое тратить», но потом обещали поговорить с руководством. 

Опустим особенности общения с сервисом (например, к ним нельзя позвонить и получить информацию, только оставить заявку на звонок с их стороны), но что в итоге.

Нам предложили провести уже озвученную чистку в УЗ-ванне за 1500 рублей, а также «пропайку чипов» за 3900 рублей. Причем никто так и не смог объяснить что это значит: мастер отпаяет какие-то чипы, пропаяет плату изнутри (?!), припаяет чипы обратно и это снизит вероятность коррозии. Честно, не рискнули на это соглашаться. Итого финальная сумма составила 1850 рублей — добавился еще платный курьер в обратную сторону.

На следующий день нам машину вернули. Ее явно почистили снаружи и нижнюю крышку изнутри, но и все. Изучение платы и компонентов показало, что никакой чистки в УЗ-ванне не было, старые разводы на элементах как были, так и остались. Рискнем предположить, что плату также не снимали. Зато были и хорошие новости — все исходные детали были на месте.

Итого: мы заплатили за работы, которых не было, но детали никто не снимал. Статус машины: работает.

Сервис номер 2

Второй сервис мы нашли ровно также, как и первый. По тому же запросу и с той же легендой. У них не было курьера, потому ноутбук отвезли сами куда в район Тульской. И все получилось стремительно. 

Инженер-приемщик на месте вскрыл ноутбук, глубокомысленно заметил, что «видно, что заливали вы машину много раз уже». Тут же сходу нашел окисление на шлейфе клавиатуры и приговорил ее к замене. Причем диагностировал клавиатуру мастер интересно — проведя пальцем по ряду клавиш аки пианист по клавишам пианино. Машина была при этом выключена.  В остальном его визуальный осмотр проблем не выявил. Стоимость замены клавиатуры составляет 3900 рублей, но их сейчас нет в наличии, а потому ничем помочь не могут. Закрыл машину и выдал. На этом и разошлись.

Итого: быстрая бесплатная диагностика с некорректным диагнозом, однако все детали на месте. Статус машины: работает.

Сервис номер 3

Тут мы отказались от идеи кликать по рекламным объявлениям в Яндексе и… начали кликать по SEO-ным. У третьего сервиса курьера также не оказалось, поэтому отправили гонца ногами. Легенда не менялась: залит, выключил и боюсь включать. 

Результат был на следующий день. Ребята рассказали, что внутрь влага не попала, все работает и каких-то работ не требуется. Они также обратили внимание на аккумулятор, который по-хорошему заменить, но не заметили проблем с матрицей.

В целом впечатление оставили хорошее, только собирали наш MacBook Air немного в спешке и не до конца подключили межплатный шлейф — поэтому фактически при включении пользоваться машиной было нельзя, она тормозила и шумела вентилятором. 

Итого: бесплатная диагностика, корректный диагноз, все детали на месте. Статус машины: работает.

Сервис номер 4

Его мы нашли на одном известном сайте Мак-тематики, где была его нативная реклама как раз про залития. Написали и тут же получили отлуп, что «курьер будет стоить 500 рублей», и сразу же готовить «3000 рублей за диагностику и химчистку платы». И это еще до того, как машину кто-то открывал.

На самом деле, стоит ли сразу делать химчистку платы (или чистку в УЗ-ванне) в случае контакта с машиной с жидкостью — это вопрос неоднозначный. Один из наших партнеров также всегда делает ее в таких случаях, и уже потом разбирается что и как. С его точки зрения, только так можно получить «чистые» результаты диагностики и избежать возможные проблемы. С нашей колокольни, имеет смысл сперва глянуть что там внутри и уже потом принимать решение. Тем более, что факт химчистки не снижает до нуля риск последующего рецедива.

Последовали непродолжительные переговоры, в рамках которых удалось сбить цену диагностики до 1500 рублей. Однако на этом мы и остановились, ибо стало понятно, что нативная реклама требует бюджетов. Подпитывать их деньгами не решились.

Сервис номер 5

Этот сервис мы нашли в Яндексе где-то на первой странице выдачи. И тоже в итоге не поехали, так как диагностика у ребят как бы бесплатная, но в случае контакта с жидкостью обязательным условием является чистка в ультразвуковой ванне. И только после этого диагностика. Так вот эта чистка стоит 6500 рублей. 

В целом подход красивый, однако правильным его сложно назвать. Всех под одну гребенку не самой дешевой процедуры грести — это ни разу не на пользу клиентам. Увы.

Сервис номер 6

Этот сервис мы взяли просто, потому что он у нас частенько на слуху — слишком много машин с их наклейками через нас прошло. То, что ребята опытные, было видно уже по акту приемки. В нем было прописано обязательство оплатить ремонт и забрать технику за несколько дней после окончания работ, а также прописано согласие с тем, что все повреждения внутри машины появились еще до сдачи в сервис. Очень элегантно снята ответственность.

Диагностика заняла день, по результатам которой была рекомендована чистка за 2000 рублей и еще замена аккумулятора за 6600 рублей. Кстати, это дешевле, чем наши закупочные цены у поставщика (на момент написания статьи). 

Какое же будет резюме?

Если кратко, то… не воруют. На самом деле, смысла особого в этом нет. Потому что доноров итак у нормального сервиса полные шкафы, а у ненормального сервиса нет такой проходимости, чтобы риски стоили потенциальной выгоды. А вот квалификация и… назовем это «деловой жилкой»… самая разная.

Поэтому из рекомендаций:

— не ходите в сервисы по рекламным ссылкам (будь то реклама в Поиске или «нативная» на сайтах) — дополнительные расходы, как минимум, будут;
— не стесняйтесь заранее спрашивать много вопросов — прослывете в сервисе душнилой, но таких больше боятся;
— при прочих равных, старайтесь сами отвозить ноутбук в сервис — это может сильно ускорить процесс.

А мы когда-нибудь обязательно продолжим наши исследования. Как минимум, это интересно. Временами страшно.
